Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Sentrix Systems provides a server-side anti-cheat detection platform for Roblox games. The Service includes:

• An API endpoint for receiving detection events from integrated Roblox games
• A web dashboard for community operators to view detection analytics
• Public statistics pages showing anonymized, aggregated platform data

The Service is a tool for community operators. Sentrix is not responsible for moderation decisions made by operators based on detection data.

Upon registration, you will be issued an API key that authenticates your game's requests to our Service. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your API key confidential and secure
• All activity conducted through your API key
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

Sharing, selling, or transferring your API key to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent from Sentrix.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to target, harass, or wrongfully ban players without reasonable confidence thresholds
• Submit false, fabricated, or manipulated detection events to inflate ban counts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary detection logic from the platform
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates Roblox's Terms of Service
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without authorization
• Abuse our API in a manner that degrades service for other operators (rate-limit violations)

By integrating the Service into your game, you represent that:

• You have the right to transmit Roblox player data (Player IDs, usernames) to our Service in connection with operating your game
• Your game's community rules or documentation reasonably discloses that an anti-cheat system is in use
• You will not use detection data to discriminate against players on the basis of protected characteristics

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your service agreement with Sentrix. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Sentrix reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

All detection algorithms, platform code, dashboard designs, and branding are the exclusive property of Sentrix Systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as described herein. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SENTRIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DETECTION RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE IN ALL CASES, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Anti-cheat detection involves probabilistic methods. False positives and false negatives may occur. You are responsible for implementing appropriate review processes before taking punitive action against players.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRIX SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMMUNITY'S REPUTATION.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Sentrix in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
