Privacy Policy

Game Data: When a community operator integrates Sentrix into their Roblox game, our Service receives event data including Roblox Player IDs, player usernames, violation types, confidence scores, detection timestamps, and action taken (flag, kick, or ban). This data is transmitted by the game server, not collected directly from players.

Account Data: Community operators who register with Sentrix provide a community name and are issued an API key. We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment processor.

Usage Data: We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and request timestamps when you use our web dashboard.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the anti-cheat detection Service
• Display detection analytics and statistics on community dashboards
• Show anonymized global statistics on our public stats page
• Detect abuse of our API or platform
• Respond to support requests from community operators

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Sentrix processes Roblox Player IDs and usernames solely to enable anti-cheat functionality within integrated games. This data is:

• Submitted by the game operator's server, not collected directly from players
• Visible only to the community operator whose game generated it
• Displayed in anonymized, aggregated form on our public statistics page
• Retained for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically purged

Sentrix is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Player data collected through our Service is subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as it relates to the underlying platform.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database connections, and API key-based authentication. API keys grant access to community-specific data only and should be kept confidential by the community operator.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data.

Detection event records are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Community account data is retained for the duration of the account's activity and for up to 30 days following account termination. You may request deletion of your community's data at any time by contacting us.

Sentrix's Service is directed at game operators (businesses and developers), not end users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you believe a minor's data has been submitted to our Service, contact us immediately.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, reach us on our Discord server.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
